Hi, I’m Mesha, and I started Professional Liaison because I know firsthand how hard it can be to operate a small business in a world that’s constantly changing.

Technology moves fast—and for small businesses, keeping up can feel overwhelming. New platforms, new trends, new “must-dos” pop up all the time. I started this endeavor with the understanding that staying current is not optional anymore. It’s a necessity if you want to compete, stay visible, and grow in today’s digital space.

My background is in communications, education, and people-centered work. I’ve spent years supporting organizations behind the scenes—coordinating programs, managing teams, training staff, and helping systems run more smoothly. What that taught me is that clarity, consistency, and connection matter just as much as creativity.

At Professional Liaison, I help small businesses show up online in a way that feels polished but still authentic. I focus on practical digital support—especially short-form video—so businesses can build awareness, connect with their audience, and stay relevant without feeling like they have to “do it all.”

I don’t believe small businesses need to look like big corporations to be successful. They just need to be intentional, visible, and aware of the digital times we are in. My goal is to help bridge that gap—making modern tools and trends more accessible, understandable, and useful.
